Kathleen Albury is not your average real estate agent. Despite a career spanning more than two decades and counting, she brings a fresh enthusiasm for every new property she is entrusted to sell, dedicating herself to offering clients holistic support every step of the way – including styling advice and tips for preparing a house for sale – from the initial meeting through to the completion of the sale.

After owning her own successful real estate agency in Sydney’s fast-paced Hills District, Kathleen followed her heart back to the Central Coast she knows and loves so much. Residing in Terrigal with her husband, 3 teenage daughters and a few dogs for good measure, there is no one better equipped to sell the dream of coastal living than Kathleen. Her exuberant passion for the place she calls home is evident in all of her dealings, and she knows that relating to the emotional component of a buyer’s decision is key to securing a sale. Her enthusiasm is backed by an in-depth knowledge of the local marketplace, combined with broad real estate sales experience across multiple continents to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars.
